If you subscribe to our proactive maintenance plan, we will help you get things set up and ensure the maintenance package is working well for you - and help you get your antivirus installed if you choose to turn on that feature of our program. We will continually improve and proactively maintain the system from that point forward and will alert you of anything that requires your attention. If you do require assistance, we will gladly work with you remotely to resolve most issues, and you will be charged our normal rate in 15 minute increments.
